Everyone but the most ardent apologist knows, at this point, that Islam mandates the stoning of homosexuals.
The “People of Lot” are condemned in strong terms in the Quran for their actions, and even more damning is the following hadith narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas, as jotted down by Abu Dawud:
The Prophet said: If you find anyone doing as Lot’s people did, kill he who does it, and he to whom it is done.
