I was hanging around in Maine last weekend. My buddy drove up to grab something at the supermarket and I hung around inside the car to enjoy the AC. Ten minutes later he came back with a back of cheese ends. Cheese ends can be found at your local deli counter. It appears when they come to the end of big blocks of cheese, the ends can be purchased. Truth be told you do get a nice selection at a reasonable price.
We ate the cheese ends in the parking lot. It was very Cohen Brothers.
