An atheist rant. It’s nice and you can dance to it.

 

I like Thomas Westbrook the creator of the Holy Koolaid YouTube channel. He was on the Naked Diner podcast a little while ago. His newest video Atheist Rant: Why can’t theists understand this? is entertaining and reasonable.

But the two of us don’t agree on everything.

He’s a wee bit more of an optimist you see.

He closes the piece with “You don’t have to be a slave. You can be free.”

While I applaud the sentiment, I think it’s more realistic to say “You can be less of a slave to your midbrain and irrationality.” However, it’s not a catchy and you definitely can’t dance to it.
