Joe Biden issued a public challenge to President Donald Trump to what the Democrat is calling Ramp Run to the White House 2020. The proposed competition involves both men walking up and down ramps as well as drinking glasses of water with one hand.

The idea for Ramp Run to the White House 2020 was born from the recent story of President Trump gingerly walking down a ramp and needing both hands to drink a glass of water. The New York Times reports:

President Trump faced new questions about his health on Sunday, after videos emerged of him gingerly walking down a ramp at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and having trouble bringing a glass of water to his mouth during a speech there.

Mr. Trump — who turned 74 on Sunday, the oldest a U.S. president has been in his first term — was recorded hesitantly descending the ramp one step at a time after he delivered an address to graduating cadets at the New York-based academy on Saturday. The academy’s superintendent, Lt. Gen. Darryl A. Williams, walked alongside him. Mr. Trump sped up slightly for the final three steps, as he got to the bottom.

What many consider a publicity stunt by Biden is gathering support in an America that is circling the drain of history with greater and greater speed. With COVID-19 escalating in states that are too stupid not to fail why not put both Biden and Trump on wheelchair ramps and see if they can actually walk them without embarrassing themselves?

Twitter users were quick to suggest other events for the two men:

  • Setting up a router
  • Navigating the complexities of a smart TV
  • Not getting lost in an IKEA

The White House hasn’t responded to Biden’s challenge.

In related news, crazy, stupid, racism — a true story.
