A difference between President Obama and Hillary Clinton is that the President can punch out hacky lines like “We have a disease care system and not a healthcare system,” and not sound like a hack. Hillary, on the other hand, could read the Gettysburg Address and people would turn to each other and say, “What a crappy speech.”
