Does God exist? I’m not sure about that.
But I am pretty sure that God is not a cat.
In Christianity and other monotheistic religions, God is the creator and ruler of the universe and source of all moral authority; the supreme being. In other religions, gods are superhuman beings or spirits worshiped as having power over nature or human fortunes.
We often refer to our cat as “ruler of the universe.” But does that make him God? Or merely ruler of our universe? Which he is.
In ancient times, cats were worshiped as gods. Some say they have never forgotten this.
