Reading Time: < 1 minute

This isn’t exactly earth-shattering, but it’s a nifty experiment. Jubilee Media created this five-minute video showing an atheist and Christian going about their lives and talking about their beliefs.

Both share common fears. Both have ways of finding meaning in life. Both seem like decent people. They fit their respective stereotypes in a lot of ways, but that’s bound to happen when the sample size is 1.

Nothing they say is particularly shocking. Still, I’d like to think there are some Christians watching that video who aren’t used to seeing a pleasant, happy atheist. He’s found meaning through his work as an attorney, he’s confident in his views without being arrogant about it, and he’s enjoying life as best he can. If that makes him more appealing to conservatives who don’t encounter a lot of atheists, fantastic.
