Homeopathic “medicine” is essentially one teeny tiny bit of useful stuff mixed into a ginormous pool of water. That’s why we know it’s useless. But should that matter if it makes some people feel better, at least psychologically, after taking it?

That’s the focus of the latest Kurzgesagt video, which explains how we know those pseudo-remedies are useless and why they still convince some gullible people they’re powerful.

At some point, when people choose homeopathy to cure serious problems that won’t be fixed with the passage of time, this stuff goes from a waste of money to incredibly harmful.

All the more reason to keep educating people about how it comes together.
