8. I missed her mouth when giving her a pacifier. OK, at least I knew she wanted her pacifier. But her head was moving all around, and I accidentally pushed it into her cheek. Then, her other cheek. Then, her nose. By the time I finally found her mouth, we were at the newborn equivalent of a three-alarm fire.
Side note: I didn’t realize they would actually publish #10. But they did. Success!
