I’ll give you 5 seconds to work out the complete stupidity and ignorance in the following meme (that’s not to say all memes are perfect, of course):

Yeah, that wasn’t hard. It’s so depressing. Indeed, I would actually call this a form of disinformation. This was shared by Larry Elder himself as he battles Democrat Gavin Newsom in the recall election over in California. The idea that Communism – outright communism – can be smashed together with three of the biggest examples of overt free-market capitalism (Big Tech, corporate media, and Hollywood) is utterly absurd.

But who needs to make coherent sense in the world of propaganda. And, of course, let’s not forget that the “David” in this image is a serial scandal merchant (income investigstions, domestic abuse, etc). Put that together with the fact that “[i]n his 2000 book The Ten Things You Can’t Say in America, he proposes eliminating the IRS, ending welfare and getting rid of gun regulations”, and you have a delightful David.

Anyway, I feel ranty, and this broke my camel back.
